29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification:   a) Rutters #14 Dillsburg, Pa -  The employer did not ensure that a two gang metal box with knockouts was used in accordance with its listing and labeling. The branch circuit provided power to a the general contractor's job trailer, a Dewalt battery charger, and  pipe cutting machine.  The box was not mounted as required by its listing and labeling and was not suitable for potentially wet locations, exposing employees to electrical shock hazards, on or about March 18, 2019.  No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1): Conductors entering boxes, cabinets, and fittings were not protected from abrasion and openings through which conductors enter were not effectively closed.   a) Rutter's #14 Dillsburg, Pa - A temporary power branch circuit was wired into an outdoor metal heavy duty safety switch.  The conductor exited the box through the opened door and was not protected from potential damage, exposing employees to electrical shock or burns, on or about March 18, 2019.  No abatement certification or documentation required.
