29 CFR 1926.153(g): Liquefied petroleum gas (LP-Gas) containers installed outside of buildings or structures were not upright upon firm foundation or otherwise firmly secured:  (a) Jobsite, Spring Valley Development, Zehner School Road, Zelienople, PA:  On or about March 15, 2019 the LP-gas containers being used to fuel heaters were not installed on firm foundations or secured.  One LP tank at the 200 building was tilting and not secured and installed in an area where vehicles travelled.  Tanks installed at building 400 were not secured in place to protect them from displacement.
