29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor  did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    a) On March 19, 2019, employees engaged in HVAC work were not protected from fall hazards of approximately 8 feet to the lower level while working near an unprotected floor opening.    No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii):  Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:    a)  On March 19, 2019, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling while using stairways that were not equipped with a stairrail system.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
