29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8): The employer did not ensure that portable containers into which hazardous chemicals were transferred from labeled containers and which were not intended for the immediate use of the person doing the transfer, were properly labeled.  On or about March 20, 2019, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure hazardous chemicals transferred to  unlabeled portable containers were being used immediately by the employees who performed the transfer:  a.  The chemical SR-80 was transferred to an unlabeled portable container and left unattended, and  b.  A chemical adhesive was transferred to an unlabeled portable water bottle and left unattended, and  c. The chemical WD-40 was transferred to an unlabeled portable container that was left unattended.
