29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed:  (a) 6892 Biddix-Evans Road, Ocean Springs, MS 39546 - On or about March 21, 2019 the employer did not ensure that an employee was properly utilizing a step ladder while performing installation of plastic sheeting around the exterior of the house exposing employees to fall hazards.  Hugo Ochoa was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(4) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1289456, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 2, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 6817 Biddix Evans, Ocean Springs, MS.
