29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  (a) Fairview apartment complex site (11716 Fairview Ave, Boise, ID 83713): On or about March 19, 2019 and at times prior to, an employee, cutting CPVC pipe using a Milkwakee Hackzall reciprocating saw, was exposed to foreign objects in the eye by not wearing any eye protection.  Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
