29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system:  a) On or about 03/20/19, at a jobsite on a 2-story house at 846 Prospect Avenue, Buffalo, NY: A Ladder Jack Scaffold was erected on the north side of the house. An employee was standing on the aluminum pik of that scaffold while installing siding, and was exposed to a fall of approx. 14 ft. because no fall protection system was being utilized.     NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
