29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    a) Exterior Siding Work on Two Story Frame Home: Employees engaged in roofing work were exposed to eye/face injuries while using a Hitachi, 1-3/4" 45mm pneumatic nail gun. The employer did not ensure that employees were wearing eye/face protection, thus exposing employees to corneal damage, on or about March 25, 2019.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a) Exterior Siding Work on Two Story Frame Home: Employees engaged in roofing work (installation of siding material) were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet above the ground surface, without the use of a personal fall arrest system. The employer did not ensure that affected employees were provided with a personal fall arrest system, or other means of fall protection, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard, on or about March 25, 2019.
