The attachment point of the body narness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head. On or about March 21, 2019, at 119 Riley Circle, Dawsonville, Georgia: An employee performing roofing work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11-feet and greater when he worked on an approximately 10/12 slope roof while using a rock climbing harness which attached directly to the webbing at waist level.
