At the jobsite located at 3901 N. 129th St. Kansas City, Kansas:  Employees engaged in roofing activities using pneumatic nailers were exposed to struck-by hazards in that eye protection was not provided.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  Employees were exposed to fall hazards.  At the jobsite located at 3901 N. 129th St. Kansas City, Kansas: Employees engaged in residential roofing activities from a 5:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 to 14 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that fall protection was not provided.
