29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: 45 Spencer Lane, Lebanon, Maine: Employees performing pruning were not trained on electrical related safety practices. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock and burn hazard. On 25 March 2019, while performing tree removal and pruning services, a limb was cut that struck a 7.5 KV primary line. The line fell onto the wood chipper being operated by the employee. Employee received an electrical shock and was transported to the Emergency room in Frisbee, New Hampshire.

29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3): When work was to be performed near overhead lines, the lines were not deenergized and grounded, nor were other protective measures provided before work was started: 45 Spencer Lane, Lebanon, Maine: Tree removal and pruning near energized power lines. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock and burn hazard. On 25 March 2019, while performing tree removal and pruning services, a limb was cut that struck a 7.5 KV primary line.
