29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems:  a)  On or about March 26, 2019, employees performing framing activities were exposed to a fall hazard while working on a 7 in 12 pitch residential structure without a means of fall protection.  Employees were exposed to an approximate 18 foot fall hazard.   Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii):  a) On or about March 26, 2019 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide any, adequate and/or effective fall protection training for employees performing framing work at elevated areas of a residential structure.  Employees were exposed to fall hazards.   Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
