29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level. Paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section establish the types of fall protection to be provided to the employees on each type of scaffold. Paragraph (g)(2) of this section addresses fall protection for scaffold erectors and dismantlers.    Residential construction located at 205 Central Ave. Fayettville, GA. First floor foyer: On or about  03/25/2019, and at time prior, the employer exposed employees to falls of 11-feet, 9-inches to the lower level, in that employees were not provided with a fall protection system when engaged in framing activities on 2x10 used as a scaffold platform.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: (    Residential home located at 205 Central Ave. Fayettville, GA, Roof: On or about 3/25/2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to falls of 17-feet, 3-inches to the lower level, in that the employees were not provided with a fall protection system while engaged in roof activities on a 12/12 pitched roof.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    Residential construction located at 205 Central Ave. Fayettville, GA, Roof and inside structure: On or about 03/25/2019, and at time prior, the employer failed to provide training to employees working on the roof and on scaffold planks, in that employees did not recognize potential fall hazards and were not trained by the employer on how to minimize these hazards and were not directed to use personal fall arrest systems prior to the start of work.
