OSH Act of 1970 Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a fall hazard: a) 185 Hamilton Ave Paterson, NJ/Roof A: A employee was exposed to fall hazard of approximately 30 feet while using a RGC Platform Hoist as a ladder to access the 6/12 pitched roof of a residential house, on or about 3/28/2019.

The FM Winters 1 LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1290333, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/31/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 248 Passaic Ave, Passaic, NJ 07055.
