29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system:  On or about March 29, 2019:  a) An employee performing siding work on Lot 50, 1222 Foxcroft Lane, Cumming, Georgia, was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 13-feet when he worked from the platform of a ladder jack scaffold without using fall protection.   b) An employee performing siding work on Lot 51, 1224 Foxcroft Lane, Cumming, Georgia, was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15-feet when he worked from the work platform of a ladder jack scaffold without using fall protection.
