29 CFR 1910.252(a)(1)(i): When the object to be welded or cut could not be readily moved, all movable fire hazards in the vicinity were not taken to a safe place: (a) For the employees performing MIG welding operations on semi trucks and trailers in the repair shop on or about March 22, 2019 and times prior thereto, flammable cleaning fluid was not moved at least 30 feet away or removed to a safe location from the area welding was to be performed to prevent fires.

29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(xiv)(C)(2): The employer did not ensure that if the work could not be moved, the supervisor had the combustibles moved to a safe distance from the work or had the combustibles properly shielded against ignition: (a) For the employees performing welding operations on semi trucks and trailers inside the repair shop on or about March 22, 2019 and times prior thereto, the supervisor did not ensure that after the employee assigned to clean the area of the truck with flammable cleaner that the residue captured in the pale had been removed from the area prior to permitting welding operations to commence.
