Location:   a) On first floor of the jobsite:                                   On or about 04/02/19, employees used a power strip to energize electrical equipment and lighting. The power strip was not listed to be use in a construction work environment.

Location:  a) On the first floor level of the jobsite:      On or about 04/02/19, there was an electrical panel with electrical live parts and wiring exposed not covered. Employees were exposed to electric shock hazard.
