The employer failed to remove the powered industrial truck from service until the repairs could be made.

The Woodgrain Distribution was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.133(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 986879, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 10/1/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 6280 Best Friend Road, Suite 400, Norcross, GA 30071.
