29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms.  a) Scissor Lift - An employee working on a scissor lift was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately twelve (12) feet without the use of a complete guardrail system, on or about April 2nd, 2019.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
