29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were to work on, had the strength and structure integrity to support employees safely: The employer is failing to ensure employees are protected from fall hazards when conducting installation of sheathing as part of new residential construction operations. The workers were exposed to falls of over 21 feet to frozen dirt below. This was most recently documented at 8477 Timber Ridge Dr. Firth, Nebraska on or about January 31, 2019 when three workers were severely injured when the roof they were working on collapsed.
