29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1): The employer did not certify to OSHA, within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, that the cited violation had been abated:  On or about 11-27-2019, the employer failed to certify to OSHA that the following hazards have been abated:  a)  Citation 1, Item 2 - a) Site: On or about March 29, 2019, the employer exposed employees to falls in that fall protection training on the procedures to be followed to minimize fall hazards was not conducted when employees were installing roof shingles at a height of approximately 18.6ft without fall protection.   b) Citation 1 Item 3 - a) Site: On or about March 29, 2019, the employer exposed employees to eye injury hazards from operating nail guns in that, eye protection was not provided to them while nailing down roof shingles.
