A guardrail system was not in place around the upper work platforms.    b) Shaker machine roof:  On April 4, 2019 and at times prior thereto employees were exposed to an estimated 10 to 20 foot fall to the ground below when performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the shaker machine.  A guardrail system was not in place around the upper work platform, or the area used for access to the platform.      Note) Corrected during inspection.
