29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system:  a.) 143 Stanhope Rd., Sparta, NJ     Employees engaged in construction activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet to the ground below while working from a ladder jack scaffold without utilizing any means of fall protection, on or about 04/04/2019.
