29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while performing roofing activities.  This was most recently observed at 20725 E. Angus St, on April 8, 2019 when 3 individuals were observed working on the roof of a commercial structure with an eave height of 9'3" and a 5:12 pitch and there was no form of fall protection in use.
