29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    Employee(s) were exposed to amputation hazards. Employees working in the shop were exposed to amputation hazards. Employees were using equipment that was not equipped with guards to protect them from the hazards associated with rotating parts and/or flying chips. The following equipment was not provided with machine guarding:     a) Hem' Saw had 6 inches of the unused blade not guarded.  b) HYD Mech saw had 16 inches of the unused blade not guarded.    c) The Ellis drill press, rotating parts not guarded.    d) The dual Solberga drill press, rotating parts not guarded.
