29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person.   On or about January 8, 2019, and at times prior thereto, at the Enclave at the park Fort Worth, Texas location, the employer did not conduct frequent jobsite safety inspections to identify and provide a workplace were any employee, worker, laborer, or mechanic employed in the performance of the contract work was free from recognized hazards such as but not limited to:  a)  Workers in plain view performed sheathing activities working from various heights and buildings worked without fall protection and were exposed to unprotected fall hazards of up to a 40 feet to the ground below;  b)  Workers in plain view performed framing activities working from various heights and buildings without fall protection, the workers were exposed to unprotected fall hazards of up to 35 feet to the ground below.    c)   Workers in plain view installed or prepared trusses on various buildings without fall protection, exposing the workers to unprotected fall hazard of up to 40 feet to the ground below.
