29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a) Martocci Automotive: Employees worked with corrosive chemicals, including, but not limited to, brake fluid, and an appropriate emergency eyewash was not available in the work area, as discovered on or about 04/18/2019.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED  ABATEMENT NOTE:  An appropriate emergency eyewash must be capable of delivering water continuously for at least 15 minutes and simultaneously to both eyes.

ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED  ABATEMENT NOTE:  By the abatement date, the employer must either correct the alleged violation or implement a emergency evacuation plan as outlined in 29 CFR 1910.38.
