29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet. a) On or about April 08, 2019,in Building #1 at the Front right side of the building, the employer failed to separate Oxygen compressed gas cylinder from Propylene (Flammable) compressed gas cylinder. b) On or about April 08, 2019,in Building #1 at the Rear left side of the building, the employer failed to separate Oxygen compressed gas cylinder from Propylene (Flammable) compressed gas cylinder.
