29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:    Location:    957 Broadway, Brooklyn, NY. Basement Area.    a)         The hand fed table saw model number R4510 and serial number Z1145 87597 used at the facility area did not have a guard. An employee amputated his finger(s) on the saw when cutting pieces of wood.  On or about 02/11/2019.

Basement Area.    a)         The employer did not notify OSHA within 24 hours of a work-related incident that resulted in an amputation. An employee amputated his finger(s) on a ridgid table saw that had no guard. On or about 02/11/2019.
