OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards:  a) On or about 4/12/19 at a construction site located at 3820 Ridge Lea Road, Amherst, New York; employees were installing windows from a job built work platform attached to the forks of a rough terrain forklift. The use of a personnel platform was not approved for use by the forklift manufacturer, exposing employees to a fall hazards.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
