Canton, Ohio 44720; the employer did not ensure employees working on the roof of a new canopy covering the drive through lanes were protected from a fall of approximately 10.3 feet by utilizing a fall protection system.  The K ELITE LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1925.501(b)(10) Low Slope Roofs), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1378468, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on (4/1/2019), with respect to a workplace located at 723 Horizon Dr. Grand Junction, CO 81506.
