29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:  (a) On or about March 29, 2019, JS Roofing Holdings, LLC dba Dynamic Roofing & Construction, LLC as a controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of Tony's 1 Construction, Inc., were safe from health and safety hazards by conducting effective frequent and regular safety inspections of the jobsite by a competent person, and ensuring hazards, such as but not limited to fall hazards were identified and mitigated.  JS Roofing Holdings, LLC dba Dynamic Roofing & Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1280697, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 28, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 5555 Franklin Street, Denver, CO 80216.  Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
