29 CFR 1926.752(c)(1): Adequate access was not provided for roads into and through the site to allow for the safe delivery and movement of derricks, cranes, trucks, other necessary equipment, and the material to be erected and means and methods for pedestrian and vehicular control:   (a) On or about April 9, 2019 - 1 Kronospan Way, Eastaboga, AL, employees and subcontractor employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when employees drove industrial trucks with the forks elevated to avoid striking pedestrians and materials because the roads and work areas were rough, uneven, and excessively muddy.
