29 CFR 1926.250(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all materials stored in tiers shall be stacked, racked, blocked, interlocked, or otherwise secured to prevent sliding, falling or collapse:    a) Two panels weighing 110 lb each were leaning and tipped over hitting the baker scaffold being used in the aisleway; employee fell off the scaffold.       Location: 75 Varick Street, New York NY    On or about 4/18/2019    NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION NOR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
