On or about 04/18/2019, 9915 Vista Holly Rd. - an employee was conducting stucco work from the top of an extension ladder that was placed on the top or six level of a scaffold, the location of the employee on the ladder was higher than scaffold guardrails, exposing the worker from TX Contractors Inc to approximately a 42 feet fall hazard.

On or about 04/18/2019, 9807 Vista Magnolia Ln. - a foreman from Bergeron Framing, Inc. working from a second story balcony was exposed to a 10 feet 8 inch fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used.    b. On or about 04/18/2019, 9807 Vista Magnolia Ln. - an employee from TX Contractors Inc installing weatherproof paper on the walls of a second story balcony was exposed to a 10 feet 8 inch fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used.    c. On or about 04/18/2019, 10375 Vista Oaks Ct. - employees from Benito Construction LLC were exposed to a 10 feet 8 inch fall hazard while moving boxes of joint compound from a second story balcony, in that, fall protection was not used.
