29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1): The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization of an employee within twenty-four (24) hours to the Area Office of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), U.S. Department of Labor, that is nearest to the site of the incident.   a)    Perspecta Enterprise Solutions, Inc.: On or about 04/06/2019, an employee was found unconscious, hospitialized, and several days later deceased and the employer failed to report within 24-hours the in-patient hospitalization.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
