29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained in a safe condition:    a) On or about 4/19/2019, Main Warehouse:  The East overhead door/ entrance ramp was not maintained in a safe condition in that there was a seven inch drop which powered industrial trucks were required to travel over.    b) On or about 4/19/2019, East Warehouse:  The North entrance ramp was not maintained in a safe condition in that there was a four inch lip/ drop which powered industrial trucks were required to travel over.    c) On or about 4/19/2019, Main Warehouse:  There was a piece of steel protruding from the floor in the travel path by the front door.    Abatement certification is required for these items.

The exit access went through a room that could be locked, to reach an exit or exit discharge:  a) On or about 4/19/2019, West Warehouse:  An emergency exit located on the East wall of the warehouse was partially obstructed by items in storage.     b) On or about 4/19/2019, Main Warehouse:  An emergency exit located on the West end of the North wall was blocked by material in storage.  c) On or about 4/19/2019, Main Warehouse:  An emergency exit located on the East end of the North wall was blocked by material in totes and on the floor.
