29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:  a)  At 320 Nandina Loop, Lot 27 Firethorne, Fairhope, Alabama:  On or about April 22, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to operate a skill saw that had its guard wedged up exposing the blade and exposing his employees to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 320 Nandina Loop, Lot 27 Firethorne, Fairhope, Alabama:  On or about April 22, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 24.6 feet to the ground below.
