29 CFR 1926.59: The requirements applicable to construction work under this section are identical to those set forth at 29 CFR 1910.1200 of this chapter.    29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:     a) On or about April 21 and April 22, 2019, Guillermo Landscaping Inc. did not provide information and training regarding the hazards of crystalline silica to employees removing clay tile roof coping and cleaning masonry debris from the side of a residential building.      In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
