As a result, employees did residential roofing work on a two-story single-family home without using fall protection and without extending the ladder used to access the roof three feet above the landing surface, exposing the employees the hazard of falling to a lower level.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
