On or about April 18, 2019, and at times prior thereto, an employee was using a 47 foot water fed window washing pole to wash the windows of the building within 10 feet of the 7200 volt overhead power lines when the pole came into contact with the overhead power lines, exposing the employee to an electrical shock hazard.
