29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Employees on walking/working surfaces with an unprotected side and/or edge which is 6 feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Cedar Main Services in Chamblee GA: Employer did not ensure that all surfaces that employees were working and were above 6 ft had the necessary fall protection. On or about April 23, 2019 employee was standing on the top of dumpster 6.5 ft high without proper fall protection.
