29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) 81 Winding Brook Rd. Bordentown, NJ:  On or about April 17, 2019 four TNT Renovations, LLC. employees were installing shingles on the steep sloped roof of a new construction two story residence.  The employees were not properly using fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 10 feet to the ground below.   NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
