29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): Employer failed to ensure fall protection was worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when employees were working from an aerial lift. a) At the site, on or about April 22, 2019, the employer did not ensure an employee who was perform steel erection work from the basket of an aerial lift was protected from falls through the use of a body harness. Employee was thereby exposed to a fall of approximately 9 feet.
