29 CFR 1926.651(i)(3): Sidewalks, pavements, or appurtenant structures had been undermined and a support system or another method was not provided to protect employees from the possible collapse of such structures. On or about April 25, 2019, at the Winmire Estates subdivision 5324 Winmire, Stone Mountain, Georgia: Employees were exposed to fall and cave-in hazards while working around pavement that had been undermined and not protected.
