General-duty citation text
29 CFR 1910.147(d): The established procedure for the application of energy control (the lockout or tagout procedures) did not cover the following elements and actions and were not done in sequence: Employees were exposed to machine hazards associated with the uncontrolled electrical energy when employees were engaged in service and maintenance activities on the Daniels Food Equipment, 20-56 Mixer Grinder.
