29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a)  On or about April 23, 2019 and at times prior, Precision Framing and Construction, Inc., exposed employees to fall hazards while conducting framing work on a new residential home. Employees were standing on the wooden frame truss of the home at the height of approximately 12.3 feet from ground to eave.    The Precision Framing and Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1280574, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/28/17, with respect to a workplace located at 4735 Fox Chase Way, Colorado Springs, CO 80908.    The Precision Framing and Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) ,which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1094331, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/19/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 5938 Rowdy Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80901 .

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:    (a) On or about April 23, 2019, Precision Framing & Construction, Inc., exposed employees to fall hazards by not ensuring ladders being used on the job site to access the truss where work was being conducted, extend 3 feet above the landing surface. Measurement of the ladder used to access the upper landing surface was approximately 12 feet and should have extended to approximately 15 feet above the upper working surface.
