Employees were standing on the wooden frame truss of the home at the height of approximately 12.3 feet from ground to eave.    The Precision Framing and Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1280574, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/28/17, with respect to a workplace located at 4735 Fox Chase Way, Colorado Springs, CO 80908.    The Precision Framing and Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) ,which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1094331, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/19/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 5938 Rowdy Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80901 .
