29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.    On or about May 3, 2019, the employer had not been conducting regular and frequent inspections of worksites as a worker, in process of window repair work had fallen off of a roof approximately 10 feet above ground level while not utilizing appropriate fall protection equipment.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): "Unprotected sides and edges." Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about May 3, 2019 during window repair work an employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 10 feet while standing/working from a steep slope (approx. 6/12 pitch) and low slope roof (approx. 4/12 pitch).  The employee was performing repair work located at 6157 Hadleigh St. SW, Massillon, OH and had no fall protection in place.
