Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): When portable ladders are used for access to an upper landing surface, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface:  a) 303 Fairview Ave., Chicopee, MA: On or about May 8, 2019, an employee was observed accessing the roof of this residence using an extension ladder that did not extend 3 feet past the upper landing surface.  Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
