29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1): The employer did not establish a program consisting of an energy control procedure, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment shall be isolated from the energy source and rendered inoperative:    a) Wilmad LabGlass Inc. - Production Plant located at 1172 North West Blvd., Vineland NJ 08360:  The employer did not establish a program consisting of specific energy control procedures, authorized employees' training, group lockout/tagout and periodic inspections of procedures to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on machinery including but not limited to; grinder/polishing machines, cutters, concentric machines, NMR machines, shrink machines, etc., the machines were completely isolated from the electric, pneumatic, gas or any other energy sources and rendered inoperative. Occurred on or about  5/8/2019.
